These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of DecorAI – AI Interior Design (the “App”) and the website at https://www.decoraiapp.to, both operated by Rocket Digital Limited.

Use of the App

DecorAI is an AI interior design app that lets you upload a room photo and generate AI room design ideas, before-and-after redesigns, and furniture inspiration. You agree to use the App for lawful purposes and not to upload content that you do not own or have permission to use.

Subscriptions and purchases

Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat. Payments are charged according to the terms shown at purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled in your platform account settings.

AI-generated content

DecorAI uses third-party AI providers including OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, Replicate, and Fal.ai to generate AI room design ideas. AI-generated results are provided for inspiration only. Realism, dimensions, materials, and feasibility are not guaranteed. DecorAI is not a substitute for a qualified professional for structural renovation, electrical, plumbing, or permits.

Your content

You retain ownership of room photos you upload. You grant DecorAI a limited license to process your content with our AI providers solely to operate the App. We do not sell your photos.

Acceptable use

  • No uploading content that violates intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • No attempts to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the App or website.
  • No use of the App to generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content.

Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” without warranties. AI room design ideas are inspirational and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before any construction, electrical, plumbing, or structural decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocket Digital Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the App.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of law principles.
